Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a material loading apparatus, which is equipped with a camera and control plates in connecting pipes extended between raw material hoppers and a collecting pipe disposed immediately above a distributing chute, so as to distribute raw material more uniformly.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of control plates 6 for controlling the condition of material (S) flow are provided at a suitable portion in respective connecting pipes 4 having an inclined surface 3 and connecting raw material hoppers 1 with respective flowrate controlling gate 2 and a collecting pipe 5 disposed immediately above a distributing chute, in the manner that they can be turned in parallel with the inclined surface 3. Further, a camera 10 is provided for monitoring the condition of material (S) flow in the collecting pipe 5. With such an arrangement, condition of material (S) discharged from the flowrate controlling gates 2, sliding down along connecting pipes 4 and flowing into the collecting pipe 5 can be monitored by camera 10. Further, inclination angle of said pair of control plates 6, 6 are controlled by means of driving source 7 that is driven by the aid of control means, so as to distribute flow of material (S) concentrically in collecting pipe 5, whereby desired effect, i.e., uniform distribution of material (S) can be attained.
