Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable powdery body to be distributed and spread uniformly by providing a screen with a partitioning plate dividing it (the screen) into plural sections perpendicularly to the screen's vibrating direction so that vibration can be uniformly conducted to the powdery body in the screen. CONSTITUTION:A cooling media supply hopper 13 is continuously supplied with a powdery body 12 by a conveying equipment 14. And then, by operating an openand-close gate 16 and also by opening all the discharge gates 15 at the same time, the powdery body 12 is allowed to flow into a vibrating screen through 19 to form a stable layer. At this time, as all the discharge gates 15 are arranged at equal intervals, the powdery body 12 is spread onto entire area of the trough 19 at a uniform layer thickness. And also, by locating supporting plates 28 and 29 installed on the trough 19 through partitioning plates 26 and 27 and a side plate 25, the powdery body 12 is once supported by the supporting plates 28 and 29 to reduce excessive load to be applied onto a screen 24, and thickness of the powdery body 12 laying on the screen 24 in the neighborhood of both ends inner wall of the trough 19 is reduced by an inclined-plate 32, and therefore, uniform spreading of the powdery body can be achieved.
