Abstract

Air or the incombustible gas is supplied from the chamber 5 through the path 10, and is injected from the injection port 11 communicated to the oxygen injection port 7; hereby, air or incombustible gas is mixed with the oxygen jet stream nearby the tip of the injection port 7, and the oxygen purity over the injection breadth of the scarfing oxygen is reduced.
