Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure the flat frequency temperature characteristics for the crystal oscillator as well as to increase the accuracy by connecting the electrostatic capacity formed by a pair of metal films provided on the surface of the sealed container in parallel to the electrostatic capacity the crystal oscillator itself owns. CONSTITUTION:The airtight container of the crystal oscillator composed with bottomed container 1 and the plate-type component 2, and metal thin film 5 and 6 are formed on the surface of conponent 2. And film 5 and 6 are connected to the electrode of crystal oscillation bar 3 to produce electric field E, and thus the electrostatic capacity which is determined by gap width g and continuous length l of the gap of field E can be secured.
