Abstract

PURPOSE: To conduct stable automatic adjustment of gas pressure by use of an electromagnetic recoil type short-time opening solenoid valve.
CONSTITUTION: A gas from a gas source 34 is flowed into an airtight container 33 and the exhaust gas is fed to an exhaust device 37. Electromagnetic recoil type short-time opening solenoid valves 31 and 32 are fitted on the inlet side and outlet side of the container 33. After the container 33 is evacuated to a vacuum by use of a manual valve 41, the initial charge signal from a controller 43 is fed to power sources 44 and 45 so as to open the valve 31 and close the valve 32. Through the function of a signal fed from a clock circuit 48, the controller 43 compares the pressure inside the container 33 with a set point; when the pressure inside the container 33 has surpassed the set point, the controller decides that the initial charge is completed and feeds the power source 44 with a signal which reduces the coil exciting current for the valve 31; a switching circuit 46 is no operated. The exhaust gas from the container 33 is fed to a treatment device 37 through a condenser 35 and an exhaust pump 36.
