Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent leakage of gas and also control the flow rate of gas, by displacing the valve body for adjusting the flow rate of gas, by providing an electric signal, and also installing plural elastic partition plates. CONSTITUTION:When the electromagnetic coil 27 is electrified, the valve body 17 is displaced by the plunger 28, and the quantity of gas flowing from the primary side path 14 to the secondary side path 16 is adjusted. Accordingly, the flow rate of gas can be controlled optionally according to magnitude of a current flowing into the coil 27. Also, since the elastic partition plates 20, 21 for separating the primary side path 14 from the exhaust chamber 22 are installed doubly, leakage of gas into the air can be prevented even in case one of them has been damaged. In this regard, in addition to the electromagnetic coil, a motor can be used as an electric means for displacement of the valve 17.
