Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide sufficient preheating by combining an opening controller, a pressure intensifier, and a heating-rate setting unit.
CONSTITUTION: An opening controller 7 is connected to a heat exchanger 12 through a pressure intensifier 16 and to a steam intake valve 10, to which a heating- rate setting unit 17 is connected. When a specified temperature is set in the heating- rate setting unit 24, an output signal 24A corresponding to its steam pressure is put into the opening controller 17. With the input compared with the output signal 16A of the pressure intensifier 16 of a steam intake pressure of the heat exchanger 12, an output signal 17A corresponding to the deviation signal opens the steam intake valve 10. When the output signal 16A increases up to a valve equal to the output signal 24A with increase in pressure at the inlet of the heat exchanger, the output signal 17A holds the opening of the steam intake valve 10 constant. The heat exchanger intake pressure keeps constant due to the constant opening so that the internal of the heat exchanger 12 is corrected at a required temperature.
