CONSTITUTION: When calibrating a pressure gauge 1 during operation of the plant, first a valve 3 is closed, then a diaphragm 10 abuts against the face 9a of chamber 9 side while the pressure of process fluid is being applied to chamber 8 of the pressurizer 5. Then, valves 14, 15 are opened, and pressurizing fluid 16 in a pressure source 17 is sent into the chamber 9 of the pressurizer 5. At this time, when the pressure of the pressurizing fluid 16 becomes larger than that in the chamber 8 spaced from the diaphragm 10, the diaphragm 10 departs from the face 9a.
