Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce voltage of reverse direction which is impressed in diodes, by forming discharge path in which electric charge that is charged at diode side whose voltage of reverse direction impressed is the maximum is discharge to standard electric potential side.
CONSTITUTION: Interval of windings are divided with diodes, and at the same time, lead wires of the diodes D1∼D4 are fixed at FBT in which winding is wound in multilayers, then grooves 12 are prepared on the lead wire holding body 11 for which the diodes are arranged in the same polarity direction, and metal plate 13 is respectively arranged among this groove and lead wire of cathode side of the diode D3D4. Thus, electric charge which is charged on the cathode side of the diode D3 is discharged on the cathode side of the diode D3 and the cathode side of the diode D4, and at the same time, effective condenser is formed, then electric potential at the cathode side of the diode D3 is dropped at load short-circuit time and the like, voltage of reverse direction which is impressed on the diode D3 is dropped and FBT can be protected.
