Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the generation of interference voltage unifying a fixed section consisting of fixed yokes, stator magnetic poles, permanent magnets, and pickup coils and mounting it on a non-magnetic substrate.
CONSTITUTION: A disk-shaped transparent hole is mounted at the conter of the non-magnetic substrate 31 and the axis of rotation 34 with the disk-shaped rotary yoke 32 and the cam-shaped rotary magnetic pole 33 is supported through this transparent hole. The fixed yokes 35 and 36 mount the external surface of the transparent hole on the substrate 31 which is opposed sandwiching the rotary yoke 32 as a guide and the end is formed as an arc-shaped one of 120 degrees with space sandwiching the rotary yoke. The respective permanent magnets 37 and 38 are fixed on the fixed yokes 35 and 36 and the stator magnetic poles 41 and 42 around which pickup coils 39 and 40 are wound on the permanent magnets 37 and 38, repectively. The stator magnetic poles 41 and 42 have their tips at the opposed position sandwiching the rotary magnetic pole 33 and space between them and the convex section of the rotary magnetic pole 33 even when the latter rotates to the position of its tip. The width T of the convex pole is smaller than the thickness W of the stator magnetic pole.
