Abstract

Then, the foaming thermal contraxtion tube is completed by making multi number of piercing holes in the wall of the foaming tube 3 with the thermal contractibility given by the diameter-enlarging treatment. When it is used, the foaming thermal contraction tube is to be heated to the softening point of the thermo-plastic polymer so that it is heated to start foaming after covering the object with the foaming thermal contraction tube. In that case, the tube contracts and starts foaming, adhering tightly to the object, and the air escapes from the piercing holes which are clogged when the object is covered by the tube in the end.
