Abstract
PURPOSE:To operate a differential amplifier at a wide input level and constitute a differential amplifier having a high amplification factor which is made into an IC easily, by providing a level shift FET between the output of the differential amplification part and the input of a DC amplifier or the input and the output of the DC amplification stage. CONSTITUTION:The source of the first FET Q1 is connected to the source of the second FET Q2 and the drain of the third FET Q3, and the drain of FET Q1 is connected to the gate of FET Q3, and further, the source of FET Q3 is connected to a fixed power source, and FET Q4 and Q5 between loads are connected between respective drains of FET Q1 and Q2 and fixed power source Vdd, thereby constituting differential amplifier circuit part 1. Further, the drain of FET Q2 as the output terminal of circuit part A is connected to the gate of FET Q7 which has the drain connected to the source of FET Q6 giving proper potential gb to the gate. Then, FET Q8 for load is connected between the drain of FET Q6 and power source Vdd, and DC amplifier circuit B1 where the input operation level is made equal to the output operation level of circuit part A is constituted, and similar DC amplifier circuit B2 is connected as required.
