PURPOSE:To operate a differential amplifier at a wide input level and constitute a differential amplifier having a high amplification factor which is made into an IC easily, by providing a level shift FET between the output of the differential amplification part and the input of a DC amplifier or the input and the output of the DC amplification stage. CONSTITUTION:The source of the first FET Q1 is connected to the source of the second FET Q2 and the drain of the third FET Q3, and the drain of FET Q1 is connected to the gate of FET Q3, and further, the source of FET Q3 is connected to a fixed power source, and FET Q4 and Q5 between loads are connected between respective drains of FET Q1 and Q2 and fixed power source Vdd, thereby constituting differential amplifier circuit part 1.
