Abstract

PURPOSE:To couple a differential amplification stage and linear amplification stage with each other in DC stably by matching their thresholds to each other and lower an output impedance by giving a mirror circuit constitution dependent upon emitter follower to an output buffer. CONSTITUTION:Constant-current source transistor Tr2 of differential amplifier circuit 2 is saturated and operated by the DC bias from bias circuit 1, and a constant DC voltage, signals where AC components are superposed onto a constant DC voltage, and the bias voltage of output Og of off-set compensation circuit 3 are given to input in2, input in1 and gates of loads Tr5 and Tr6 respectively to operate them. Meanwhile, threshold matching circuit 4 prevents the shift between the input/output characteristic of linear amplifier circuut 5 and the output voltage of the differential amplifier stage independently of the DC level of outputs O1 and O2 of the differential amplifier stage, and makes always the DC level of output out of the operational amplifier fixed. Then, an output buffer is connected to output stage out.
