Abstract

PURPOSE: To generate snooze warning sounds without fail with the use of a simple construction by resetting a time counter in response to service restoring signals and by returning a warning couns control counter circuit to its initial condition.

CONSTITUTION: When the counted time by a time counter 15 becomes coincident with the preset times of memory registers 14a to 14c, the generation and interruption of the preset snooze warning sounds arec controlled by means of a coincidence compararison judging circuit 17 and a comparison operating circuit 30 through snooze operating counter 34 which is composed of snooze and alarm setting FFs 31 and 32 and a counter 33. If service is interrupted while the snooze warning sounds are being generated, the FF 32 is not reset by the counter 33 but the sounds are interrupted. When the serivce restoration is detected by its detecting circuit 51, the counter 15 is reset by a differential waveform rectifying circuit 52, and the counter 54 is set. On the other hand, the control the counter 34 by the circuit 30 is performed in response to the erasure of the stored content in the registers 14a to 14c during the service interruption. Thus, it is possible to prevent unnecessary sound from being generated with the use of such simple construction and to generate snooze sound without fail.
