Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a watch, which is simple but has an excellent function, by indicating the serivce restoration with a timer display unit of the watch, which is driven by a service power source, and by generating warning sounds from a warning device such as an alarm when some trouble takes as a result of the restoration. CONSTITUTION:When the preset times of memory registers 14a to 14c become coincide with the counted time of a time counter 15, a counter 34 is set under alarm and snooze conditions through a coincidence comparison circuit 17 and a comparison operating circuit 30 thereby to generate warning sounds, and the time is displayed in a display device through the counter 15 and a multiplexer 18. When the service restoration is detected by its detecting circuit 51, an FF 53 is set so that the service restoration is displayed in terms of the flashes of the display device 1 in response to the set output by means of a display control circuit 54. On the other hand, the counter 15 is reset and the counter 34 is set under the snooze condition in response to the serivce interruption detecting output to generate the snooze sounds. These conditions are continued until the time correction is performed and the FF 53 is reset through a command decoder 11, so that a watch which has simple construction but excellent function can be produced.
