Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A condenser 17 is being charged by a resistance 16 from a direct current power source 1, and a charge voltage value En of the condenser 17 rises until the value En reaches a breakover voltage value of a switching element 18. When the charge voltage value En of the condenser 17 reaches the breakover voltage value, the switching element 18 is in ON, voltage charged to the condenser 17 is applied to a base of a transistor 4 for oscillation and the transistor 4 for oscillation is strongly driven.
