CONSTITUTION:A non-linear resistance element 91 composed of zinc oxide as a main component, with bismuth and the like added is formed like a cylinder. A forced voltage division static capacitance element 92 made of high temperature sintered ceramic mainly composed of barium titanate is cylindrically formed thereinside. The elements 91 and 92 are the same in the length thereof. The elements have both ends thereof form electrodes 91a and 92a. Thus, a lighting conductor element 9 with an excellent electrical property can be formed. In addition, a hollow bushing holding the element 9 can be made compact.
