Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure easy attachment and heat radiation of the magnetron by molding the high-voltage diode within the filter capacitor of the magnetron, and at the same time to ensure reduction of the dielectric strength of the filter condenser to lower the cost.
CONSTITUTION: Filter capacitor 11 for the unnecessary radiant attenuation is fixed to filter box 12 via filter capacitor attachment plate 13, and high-voltage diode 5 which forms the double voltage rectifier circuit along with high-voltage capacitor 4 is connected between lead-out terminal of capacitor 11 and plate 13. With such molding, the attachment work can be omitted for the high-voltage diode, accordingly omitting the connecting lead wire for magnetron 6. Furthermore, a highly efficinet heat radiation is ensured for diode 5 via outer shell 19 and box 12. At the same time, the transmission delay is reduced, thus lowering the dielectric strength of capacitor 11.
