Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the fluctuation of the resonator optical path length caused by the change of the atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity and thus to stabilize the optical path length by securing the vacuum state at the area in the air of the optical path within the resonator. CONSTITUTION:The areas between the both end surfaces of laser rod 1 plus reflector 2 and 3 of optical path 10 within the resonator are covered with hood 5 and 5 plus vacuum-use O-ring 7 and 7'. And vacuum chamber A and B are formed with the inner walls of hood 5 and 6, reflecting surfaces of reflector 2 and 3, the Brewster end surface plus ring 7 and 7'. The inside of chamber A and B is put under the vacuum state. As a result, all optical paths within the resonator are not in the air, thus eliminating perfectly the fluctuation of the resonator optical path length caused by the change of the atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity.
