Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the damage of partial reflection mirror even at the high output laser oscillation, by increasing the oscillating efficienty and making stable the output, through the replacement of non-discharge part with the gas weak in the absorption to the laser oscillation light or vacuum. CONSTITUTION:Since the absorption to the laser oscillation light is exposed to the gas or vacuum 12 weak in the absorption at the surface of the laser media 1 of the Brewster window 11, the heating of the mixed gas for the remained non-discharge part 2 partially can be prevented. Thus, by replacing the non-discharge part 2 with the gas weak in the absorption to the laser oscillation light 5 or the vacuum 12, since the absorption loss of CO2 molecules can almost be neglected, the oscillation efficiency can be increased and the output can be made stable, and the damage of the partial reflecting mirror 4 can be avoided at high output laser oscillation.
