Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish automatic setting of optimum washing water level corresponding to washings through simple and highly reliable measurement of the quantity thereof.
CONSTITUTION: When washings V are placed into a washing tank 1, after water is fed up to a given reference level L0, the water level arises by Δ h according to the quantity of the washings. Consequently, a level rise detecting float, namely, a metal core of a differential transformer 10 deviates from the center of the primary and secondary coils 11 and 12, so that the secondary voltage generated in the secondary coil 12 varies. As detection output, the increment of the secondary voltage is applied to a motor M through an amplifier AMP. This allows the float 4 to move the differential transformer 10 toward the center of the secondary coils 11 and 12. In this manner, a lead switch 31 controlling the feed water level at a water feed solenoid valve 30 is caused to move up thereby enabling automatic water feeding up to the required water level.
