Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to effect a temperature control by means of a temperature detector slowly by a method wherein the temperature detector is provided on a surface of a pipe and a distance between a heater and the temperature detector is kept properly. CONSTITUTION:A temperature detector 6 is provided on a surface of a pipe 4 to control a power feeding amount for a heater wire 2 by a temperature detected by the detector 6. A time constant in case the temperature detector 6 is provided on a surface of the heater wire 2 is determined by a second unit, however, in case the temperature detector 6 is provided on a surface of the pipe 4 through the heater wire 2 and a solid filler 5 and a distance between the heater wire 2 and the temperature detector 6 is selected, the time constant is counted by a minute or an hour unit and thereby a slow temperature control may be permitted.
