Abstract

PURPOSE:To widen the dynamic range of an output signal by forming a feedback loop in an amplifier circuit with a differential amplifier composed of FETs. CONSTITUTION:The output of the 1st differential amplifier composed of a pair of FETs T1 and T2 connected in a differential relation is amplified by the amplifier composed of transistors T3, T4 and T4, outputted to output terminal 107 and also fed back to the gate of FETT2 via resistance R7. The connection point between the gate of FETT2 and resistance R7 is connected to earth terminal 101 via resistance R8 and capacitor C1. The output of output terminal 107 is supplied to the base of TrT6 constituting the 2nd differential amplifier 104, and a voltage one half as high as the power voltage is supplied to the base of TrT7. The AC component of the output of differential amplifier 104 is removed and DC feeding back to the gate of FETT2 is attained.
