Abstract
PURPOSE:To make correction feed of a pulse motor, and adjustment of electrode consumption accordingly with a stylus and the end of a discharge electrode applied on the surface of the blocks provided both for work and model in which said surface is used as reference. CONSTITUTION:Correction feed is made by a pulse motor 14E which deals with the consumption rate of an electrode in electrospark machining as the function of the frequency of electrosparks that is dependent on the intervals between discharge pulses and ON/OFF times, and said consumption rate is adjusted accordingly with a stylus 7 and the end of said discharge electrode 6 applied on the surface F of the blocks 12, 13, 22 and 23 provided both for work 1 and the model 2 to be profiled by said stylus 7 in which said surface is used as reference.
