Abstract
PURPOSE: To make a reduction of waste liquid quantity of chemical treatment, with a work amount reduced, by means of simplifying the degrease-cleaning process for oil and fat applied for a purpose of preventing and removing the rust in the feed water heater.
CONSTITUTION: The constitution comprises a feed water inlet 15, feed water outlet 16, steam inlet 17, drain inlet 18, drain outlet 19, steam condensing unit 20 and air vent unit 21. Within a barrel 23 of the feed water heater, are installed many of tubes 22 of U-letter shape, for the feed water flowing to cool and condense the steam. A separating plate 24, for supporting said tube 22, is provided at constant spaces, and an air vent 21, for extracting non-condensed gas at the time of steam being condensed, is provided. With a degreasing solvent filler pipe 27 installed likely to enclose the air vent 21, the degreasing solvent, filled coming into from an inlet 28, in the interior of the barrel 23 of the feed water heater, is uniformly sent dispersing into the interior of the barrel 23 from an injection port 29 uniformly provided in the periphery of the filler pipe 27.
