Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the ON-time of a NAND circuit high-speed to make a FF circuit high-speed by Darlington-connecting a transistor to the phase dividing transistor in the NAND circuit of the J-K FF circuit. CONSTITUTION:Transistor Tr114 is provided additionally in the NAND circuit of a conventional J-K FF circuit, and the collector of Tr114, the base of Tr114 and the emitter of Tr114 are connected to the collector of the phase dividing Tr110 , the emitter of Tr110 and the earth point respectively, thereby obtaining Darlington connection. Therefore, the charge which is charged in capacity 109 connected to the collector of Tr110 is discharged by a small ON-resistance of Tr114, and the ON-time of the NAND circuit can be made sufficiently short and high-speed. As a result,the FF circuit can be made high-speed.
