Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve heat resistance, reduce variations of resistance value and achieve the improvement of moisture response speed by providing a mechanism which forcefully desorbs moisture with the thick film resistor composed of a conductive component and binder glass of a specific softening point as a heating element.
CONSTITUTION: Terminals 2, 2' for resistor are printed and baked on a substrate 1 to form conductive parts and a heating resistor 3 is formed by using resistance paste between said terminals. Next, crystallized glass frit of softening points 700 to 850°C of SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, CaO bases is prepared to paste which is then printed and coated on the heating resistor 3 so as to cover the same except one portion of the terminals 2, 2' and further terminals 5, 5' for sensor are printed and baked by using thick film conductive paste on this glass coat 4, whereby an insulation layer and terminals for sensor are formed. Further magnetite colloid is coated to a specified shape between said terminals 5, 5' and is then subjected to heat treatment and aging, thereby forming an element 6. Thereby, the moisture response speed may be inproved.
