Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the malfunction of a cut-off valve within a control valve means and improve the safety by electrically connecting the cut-off valve to an antiskid actuator operating means.
CONSTITUTION: When a sensor senses a skidding state and produces a signal, a pneumatic directional control valve 200 is switched in response to that signal. As a result, a power piston 140 in an actuator is moved to the left with the pressure difference between changes 160 and 150, whereby a cut-off valve 110 is moved to a cut-off position. In an interlocked relation to the switching action of the pneumatic directional control valve 200 a switch 210 is closed, while at the same time the power piston 140 is moved to the left to turn "on" a switch 180. Since the switch 180 is "on" during the antiskid action, a solenoid 431 is held excited irrespective of the repeated "on"-and-"off" operation of the switch 210 interlocked to the pneumatic directional control valve 200, and thus a ball valve of a control valve means holds its cut-off state and thus prevents pressure variations from occurring.
