Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture the title steel part with high yield ratio by cold drawing a steel wire rod of ferrite-pearlite structure at more than a specified reduction ratio and subjecting the wire to repeated bending so as to decrease the yield strength to less than a specified value after which the wire is formed into a desired part and heated to a specified temp. to increase the yield strength.
