PURPOSE:To automatize the regenerating operation of an aq. HCl soln. contg. ferric chloride which has been degraded through pickling of steel by utilizing chlorine gas generated by electrolysis of the soln. and at the same time, to make it unnecessary to supply chlorine gas from the outside.
