の千秋接続部を形成すると共に、竹の千秋接続部自体を
プラスチック製管と同一素材で形成するか、及び／又は
前記テーパ面と峻立面の間に形成される溝部に〇−リン
グを嵌装し竹の千秋接続部にプラスチック製管を被冠し
て更にその外周から締付部材によってプラスチック製管
