PURPOSE:To produce mixed gas, having uniform concentration, for airtightness inspection of closed pressure vessel, by enclosing plural kinds of gas in mixing room and equalizing the pressure of residual gas in mixing room to the atmospheric pressure by discharging the residual gas, after sending mixed gas to the charging tank with pressure by air and moreover, repeating the above order again.
