Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid occurrence of the lock-in phenomenon by dividing the laser beam into two parts to apply them to the ultrasonic light deflector, shifting the light frequency to convert it into the electric signal via the optical resonator and the detector, and then detecting the difference to give a servo-control to the frequency of the ultrasonic light deflector.
