Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing cold drawn steel strips for use in deep drawing, which comprises the steps of subjecting a slab which has been obtained by continuously casting a molten steel of a specific composition containing C, Mn, O and Ti to hot rolling, taking-up, and cold rolling, and thereafter continuously annealing the thus obtained slab, whereby the subject steel strip with standable for the severe working operations can be manufactured by economical annealing at a low temperature and in a short period of time.
