Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a decrease in an amount of sludge in a nitrifying aeration process by introducing sludge separated from a microbe filter denitrifying device when the same is washed into a nitrifying tank thereby to purify and treat waste water, in which the BOD concentration and nitrogen density are relatively low, efficiently in a biological manner.
