Abstract
PURPOSE: A leakage testing device by an internal vacuum pressure system is so arranged that helium flowing out from an airtight container is stored in the vacuum chamber of the leakage testing device and is introduced into an analytical tube through an orifice under reduced pressure, whereby highly reliable detection of the huge leage of an extra-small-size airtight vessel is made possible.
