Abstract

PURPOSE: To lessen the influence of an error in the quantity of phase shift with respect to a two-dimensional phase plate and widen the allowable range with respect to a deviation from the quantity, π, of a given phase shift by preparing separately a zone whrein the quantity of phase shift is zero and a zone wherein the quantity thereof is π in a one-dimensional phase plate and superposing said zones on each other.
