Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the accurate measurement of optical fiber loss free from the error due to fluctuation by receiving the fiber incident light and reference light by the same receiver and synchronously detecting them by a synchronous amplifier which takes a chopping frequency signal as a reference signal.
