Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable high purification of waste water by use of a flocculant formed by electrolyzing and causing elution of aluminum as an anode in an aqueous solution of a highly electrolytic salt dissolved in pure water, and adding thereto a strong acid or a strong base. The flocculant thus formed adsorbs suspended matters of the waste water.
