Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a method for preparation of a liquid crystal, in which vacuum evaporation is effected obliquely under two kinds of specific pressures to form vacuum evaporated film as sub-layers so as to cover completely the electrodes on the substrate and also to form effectively the oblique layer on said vacuum evaporated film.
