Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of planting seed and prevent roots from being tighten after trees have grown by superimposing a biodegradable net to one surface of a palm net, attaching vegetation bags filled with seeds of trees and sewing the nets and the bags in one united body. SOLUTION: A mat M is constituted by sewing a palm net 1 woven by palm fibers, a net 2 comprising biodegradation fibrous material and vegetation bags 3 containing vegetation materials including seeds of trees together to one united body with sewing thread 5. The palm net 1 has the size of raw material of 1 to 10 mm with 5 to 10 pieces per 10×10 cm. Raw materials for the net 2 comprise pieces of rough hemp cloth, biodegradable resin or the like. Sewing thread 5 is biodegradable resin thread, hemp thread or the like but anti-corrosive polyester thread or the like may be used. Law material for vegetation bag 3 is Bonric(R) paper, craft pulp paper or the like and each bag is filled with vermiculite, fertilizer and seeds of made trees or the like. Thereby, any desired trees can be grown soundly at desired location.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional construction methods, several types of tree seeds are sown at random, so that after germination, pressure is exerted on each other by competition between the trees. In some cases, it has been difficult to reliably grow a desired tree seed in a predetermined place.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a vegetation mat with a tree seed bag (hereinafter referred to as a mat) of the present invention will be described in detail below. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a mat M, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view. In these figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a coarse palm net knitted with coconut fibers, and 2 denotes a net made of a biodegradable fiber material. And 3) a vegetation bag sandwiched between the palm mat 1 and the net 2 and containing a vegetation base material 4 mainly containing tree seeds.
To form a mat M.

The above-mentioned coconut net 1 has a material (string shape) having a thickness of 1 to 10 mm, for example, 5 mm, and a size of 10 × 10 cm.
The number of contacts is 5 to 10, for example, seven. The coconut net 1 is excellent in heat retention and has a high function of suppressing evaporation, and has a high function of preventing movement and runoff of the surface soil on the surface when it is attached to a slope. Generally, it corrodes 2 to 5 years after construction and leaves no residue.

When the thickness of the coconut net material is 1 mm or less, the strength is reduced, and there is a possibility that the coconut net material is broken by running water. In addition, the closing property of the net is reduced, and the net covering effect is reduced. When the thickness is 10 mm or more, the obstructiveness is too large, which hinders the emergence from the plant net, and the knitting property is deteriorated. 5 to 1 per 10 × 10 cm
The use of five is also intended to keep the obstruction of the net at an appropriate level and to take into account the covering effect and the emergence of the plant.

As materials that can be used for the biodegradable net (or cloth) 2, hemp coarse cloth (hessian cloth),
There are biodegradable resin nets, rayon nonwoven fabrics, kraft pulp and the like. Examples of biodegradable synthetic resins include natural polymer synthetic resins such as a complex of chitosan and cellulose, and microbial fermented aliphatic polyesters (for example, As synthetic resins for fermentation production, such as Shimadzu's trade name, Lactron) and biocellulose, and as synthetic resins for chemical synthesis, aliphatic polyester e-caprolactone and condensation of dicarboxylic acid and diglycol. An e-caprolactone-based aliphatic polyester (for example, Showa Kobunshi trade name, Bionole) or the like can be used.

As the suture 5, a biodegradable resin fiber thread, hemp thread, cotton thread, or the like can be used as a component of a corrosive product. In the case where the material has a corrosion resistance function and it is necessary to maintain the slope protection effect), a thread such as polyester or vinylon having corrosion resistance can be used. As these yarns, twisted yarns are mainly used, and yarns having a thickness of 0.5 to 3 mm are used. In the case of a plastic yarn such as polyester, a monofilament yarn can be used. In this case, 0.3 mm is used.
It is possible to use a high-strength plastic thread even for a thread having a moderate thickness. The stitching may be performed in the longitudinal direction at intervals of 3 to 50 cm (see FIG. 3A).

The vegetation bag 3 is made of a water-soluble, water-decomposable, or corrosive cloth piece, and specific examples thereof include bonric paper, nonwoven fabric, and kraft pulp paper. Vermiculite, peat moss, isolite, granular tankal, saturide (water-repellent inhibitor), granular bentonite, and fertilizers include Green Map (trade name, manufactured by Nippon Godo Fertilizer Co., Ltd.), and coating fertilizer (high Control), molten phosphorus fertilizer, etc.

Further, as a material of the vegetation bag 3, a nonwoven fabric of chitin and chitosan (a material having an antibacterial component) may be used, or a strip or powder thereof may be used as a filler of the vegetation bag 3. In addition, poor germination and unevenness can be resolved, and uniform germination of tree seeds can be promoted.

When the mat M constructed as described above is laid on the slope (see FIG. 4), the palm net 1 has an appropriate durability and has a high effect of preventing the surface soil of the slope from collapsing. It can be applied to sloping land. In addition, since the palm net 1 has a high evaporation preventing effect, it is possible to sufficiently secure moisture for germination and growth of plants even in a dry area or when there is little rainfall. Furthermore, the palm net 1 has an excellent heat retaining effect, can prevent frost heaving, and has a high germination / growth promotion effect, so that the tree can be stably greened at an early stage.

In particular, since the tree seeds are stored in the vegetation bag 3, the seeding amount is small, and the target tree can be reliably grown in a predetermined place without being affected by pressure. Further, the vegetation bag 3 is a natural material and does not cause a pollution problem because it is corroded and disappeared at an appropriate time when trees have grown. In addition, since coconut sheets and jute are used in layers, they have an excellent erosion prevention effect against rainwater and surface running water.
Good protection is obtained until the trees grow. In addition,
If necessary, the mat M may be fixed to the slope with a peg or an anchor.
