Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a blur-free pattern by providing means for sucking and positioning a filmy body to be printed, and means for stretching the filmy body while holding the opposite ends thereof thereby sucking even a creased filmy body under crease-free state. SOLUTION: A print table 1 is divided into three and the central print table is provided with a sucker 3 and a vacuum chamber 4 while the print tables at the opposite ends are provided, respectively, with a sucker 8, a vacuum chamber 9 and an air cylinder 10. Before the central print table sucks and holds a filmy body 7 to be printed, the print tables at the opposite ends sucks the opposite ends of the filmy body 7 and moves the filmy body 7 laterally thus stretching creases. Subsequently, the vacuum chamber 4 of the central print table is evacuated and the filmy body 7 to be printed mounted on the central print table is sucked and held over the entire surface thereof through a large number of suction holes 2 and screen print is performed under that state.

A screen printing machine includes a screen disposed on a printing medium, and a squeegee (printing slide) which slides on the screen in a state of being pressed against the screen during printing and moves in a non-contact state with the screen when returning. A moving plate) and a scrubber (sliding plate for ink coating) which moves on the screen together with the squeegee in a non-contact state to scoop up and scrape ink. Then, the ink is placed on the printing start end on the screen by the scriber, and the squeegee is slid in a press-contact state from the printing start end to the printing end end, thereby printing the printing target arranged at the lower part of the screen. The required printing is performed on the surface.

That is, as is apparent from FIG. 3, the printing table 1 has a suction chamber 3 in which a number of suction holes 2 are arranged in a printing medium installation portion, and a vacuum chamber which is selectively evacuated. 4 is provided. The vacuum chamber 4 is connected to a vacuum pump 6 via the solenoid valve 5 (denoted by the reference numeral V 1) (in the figure denoted by P). By operating the vacuum pump 6 at the time of screen printing to make the vacuum chamber 4 in a vacuum state, the film-shaped printing medium 7 placed on the suction disk 3 is suction-held over the entire surface by the large number of suction holes 2. In this state, screen printing is performed. In addition,
FIG. 3A is a diagram showing a state in which the film-shaped printing medium 7 is suction-held on the print table 1, and FIG. 3B is a diagram showing this in a state seen from the side. After the printing is completed, the solenoid valve 5 is operated to change the pressure in the vacuum chamber 4 from the vacuum pressure to the atmospheric pressure, thereby eliminating the suction force to the film-shaped printing medium 7 and printing the film-shaped printing medium 7. After the sheet is removed from the suction plate 3 of the table 1, the next film-shaped printing medium is suction-held and printing is performed, so that printing is sequentially repeated.

In the case where the above-described conventional screen printing machine is used, when the film-shaped printing material 7 is placed on the suction plate 3 in a wrinkled state, the film-like printing material 7 is The film-shaped printing medium 7 is attracted to the entire surface of the printing medium 7, so that the film-shaped printing medium 7 is held on the suction disk 3 in a wrinkled state. If screen printing is performed in this state, problems such as uneven printing may occur. Here, when the film-shaped printing medium is placed on the suction plate in a wrinkled state, for example, when the film-shaped printing medium itself is distorted, the coating film of the printing unit is printed by the first color printing. In the case of using a film-shaped printing medium having a distortion, a difference due to shrinkage of the non-printed portion but not a non-printed portion is generated. For example, when it is on a printed body.

However, according to these methods, when the film-shaped printing medium is placed on a suction plate in a wrinkled state, wrinkles when suctioned are prevented. I can't. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a screen in which a film-shaped printing medium is held on a suction plate without wrinkles even if the film-shaped printing medium has wrinkles, and a pattern without printing unevenness is formed. A printing machine is provided.

The reason why the printing unevenness of 30% occurred in Comparative Example 1 is that a film-shaped printing medium was conveyed with a tension from a winding section to a winding section in a roll-to-roll screen printing machine. As a result, the tension in the width direction of the film-shaped printing medium often becomes uneven, which may cause the film-shaped printing medium to wrinkle when placed on the suction plate. The reason why the printing unevenness of 60% occurs in Comparative Example 2 is that the occurrence rate due to the use of the film-shaped printing medium having wrinkles due to the completion of one-color printing is added. The reason why 100% print unevenness occurred in Comparative Example 3 was that the use of a thin print medium increased the occurrence rate of wrinkles that were likely to occur.

(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, in the screen printing machine, the printing table is divided into three, and the central printing table is provided with a means for attracting and positioning the film-shaped print medium, One printing table is provided with means for holding both ends of the film-shaped printing medium and attracting each other, so that even when the film-shaped printing medium is transferred onto the suction plate in a wrinkled state, The film-shaped printing medium is held on the suction plate without wrinkles, and a pattern without printing unevenness can be formed. (2) According to the invention of claim 2, in the screen printing machine of claim 1, two screens provided on both sides of the central printing table.
The two printing tables are capable of adsorbing the film-shaped printing medium and laterally moving (moving in the width direction of the film-shaped printing medium), so that the film-shaped printing medium is transferred onto the suction plate in a wrinkled state. Even in this case, the film-shaped printing medium is held on the suction plate without wrinkles, and a pattern without printing unevenness can be formed. (3) According to the third aspect of the invention, in the screen printing machine according to the first aspect, the two screens provided on both sides of the central printing table.
The two printing tables can be moved on the suction plate in a wrinkled state by clamping and laterally moving the film-like printing material (moving in the width direction of the film-like printing material). Even in such a case, the film-shaped printing medium is held on the suction plate without wrinkles, and a pattern without printing unevenness can be formed. (4) According to the invention of claim 1, in the screen printing machine of claim 1, when the screen printing machine has two or more printing sections and is capable of multicolor printing, the first color is used. Since the second color ink layer is printed on the printed film-shaped printing medium, the state of wrinkles when placed on the suction plate is further deteriorated.
The printing table in the center is provided with means for sucking and positioning the film-shaped printing medium, and the two printing tables on both sides thereof are provided with means for holding both ends of the film-shaped printing medium and attracting each other. Due to the provision, even when the film-shaped printing medium is transferred onto the suction plate in a wrinkled state, the film-shaped printing medium is held on the suction board in a wrinkle-free state, and there is no printing unevenness. A pattern can be formed. (5) According to the invention of claim 5, in the screen printing machine of claim 1, the printed matter has an ink layer formed by dispersing at least a sublimable dye in an organic binder on a printing medium, In the case of a thermal transfer body capable of performing thermal transfer recording at a running speed of 1 / n (n> 1) with respect to a recording paper, the thickness of the film-shaped printing medium is smaller than that of a general printed matter, The condition of wrinkles when placed is worse,
The print table is divided into three parts, and a central print table and a means for sucking and positioning the film-shaped printing medium are provided, and the two printing tables on both sides thereof hold the film-shaped printing medium at both ends. By providing the means for attracting each other, even when the film-shaped printing material is transferred onto the suction plate with wrinkles, the film-shaped printing material is held on the suction plate without wrinkles. Thus, a pattern without printing unevenness can be formed.
