In order to perform stencil printing at a predetermined density in a press-type stencil printing apparatus, a predetermined printing pressing force is required, and the larger the printing surface, the greater the pressing force.

On the other hand, in the stencil printing apparatus as described above, the printing pressing force for pressing the stencil sheet against the printing paper on the printing paper mounting table can be obtained by manually pressing and rotating the pressing plate. Is naturally limited.

In order to perform stencil printing with a uniform density,
It is necessary that the printing pressing force acts uniformly on the entire printing surface. However, in the stencil printing apparatus as described above, the pressing plate is of a rotary type, and the pressing operation force of pressing down the pressing plate is directly applied. By acting on the printing surface as a printing pressure,
The printing pressure acting on the printing surface tends to be non-uniform, and it is difficult to obtain a stencil image with excellent print density uniformity. This becomes more remarkable as the printing surface becomes larger, and a stencil image having a uniform density cannot be obtained, and practical stencil printing cannot be performed.

In the above-described stencil printing apparatus,
Since the pressing force acts in the penetrating direction on the printing ink layer applied to the stencil paper, the pressing force acts on the printing ink for the stencil printing even if the printing ink is applied only to a part of the stencil paper. Each time the printing ink layer expands and expands, the amount of wasted printing ink increases. This is known as
In the case where multicolor printing is performed using a stencil sheet on which printing inks of each color having a hardness capable of self-holding the shape as disclosed in JP 3601 are placed as ink masses, this case is wasteful. In addition to an increase in the amount of printing ink, if the number of prints is large, the printing ink of each color will be mixed due to the expansion and expansion of the printing ink mass of each color, and multicolor printing with appropriate color classification will not be performed.

[0010] The above-mentioned suction-type printing apparatus exerts a suction effect on the surface of the pattern screen on the side of the printing material through a member corresponding to the printing material (fabric), so that the printing material has air permeability like cloth. And cannot be diverted to a stencil printing apparatus for printing on ordinary printing paper or the like. In addition, the suction-type printing apparatus as described above applies the suction force from the suction holes of the perforated support or the mesh of the mesh plate directly to the surface of the pattern screen on the printing material side through the printing material, and the movement of the suction force is controlled. Since the dye on the paper pattern screen is sucked into the printing material through the opening of the paper pattern screen by pressure action, the paper pattern screen has an intensity distribution according to the suction hole pattern of the perforated support or the mesh pattern of the mesh plate. The suction force acts, and the suction force does not uniformly act on the entire surface of the pattern screen. For this reason, even if the printing paper has some air permeability, a printed image having a uniform density cannot be obtained unlike fabric.

When the stencil sheet is separated from the printing paper on the printing paper mounting table when printing is completed, the printing on the printing paper mounting table is performed so that the printing paper remains on the printing paper mounting table against the viscosity of the printing ink. It has been conventional to provide an adhesive layer for holding the printing paper on the paper mounting surface. However, if the printing surface is large, the size of the printing paper also increases, and the printing paper resists the viscosity of the printing ink. It is also difficult to separate the printing paper from the stencil sheet so that the printing paper remains on the printing paper mounting table. If the adhesion holding force of the printing paper by the adhesive layer is increased so that this is surely performed, it becomes difficult to peel the printing paper adhesively held by the adhesive layer from the adhesive layer without being damaged.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems in the conventional press-type stencil printing apparatus. Even if the printing surface is large, stencil printing with a predetermined density and uniform density can be easily and simply performed. It can be done quickly and multi-color printing can be performed with proper color classification even if the number of prints is large,
In addition, it is an object of the present invention to provide a stencil printing apparatus that can hold and remove printing paper on a printing paper mounting table in a satisfactory manner.

Therefore, in printing, first, a negative pressure is applied to the air suction holes to cause the printing paper on the printing paper mounting surface to be attracted to the printing paper mounting surface and fixed to the suction-type printing paper mounting table. Is placed as a mass of ink on the stencil paper, and the pressure chamber is depressurized by the decompression means. As a result, a differential pressure acts on both sides of the diaphragm in a substantially stationary fluid atmosphere in a static pressure manner, so that the diaphragm wraps the ink mass on the ink mass on the stencil sheet according to the surface shape of the ink mass. The stencil paper is pressed by the diaphragm and closely adheres to the printing paper on the printing paper mounting surface, and in this state the ink mass on the stencil paper is caused by the differential pressure that acts uniformly on the entire surface of the printing paper. Stencil printing is performed on the printing surface of the printing paper by uniformly pressing the printing paper according to Pascal's law in a fluid pressure manner.

Thereafter, only the pressure chamber is returned to the atmospheric pressure while maintaining the state in which the printing paper is sucked and held by the negative pressure on the printing paper mounting surface, whereby the printing paper is placed on the printing paper mounting surface by the negative pressure. The stencil sheet and the printing paper are peeled off in a state where the stencil sheet is absorbed and absorbed. By returning the air suction hole to the atmospheric pressure after the stencil sheet is separated, the suction holding of the printing paper on the printing paper mounting surface is released.

Next, the electromagnetic opening / closing valve 37 is opened to open the branch port 35, and the air in the pressure chamber 23 is sucked from the branch port 35 to reduce the pressure in the pressure chamber 23. The pressure chamber 23 is a substantially closed space formed by the diaphragm 21. Due to the reduced pressure in the pressure chamber 23, a differential pressure acts on both sides of the diaphragm 21 in a substantially static fluid atmosphere in a static pressure manner. By diaphragm 21
As shown in FIG. 2, as shown in FIG. 2, the diaphragm 21 is drawn into the ink mass B on the stencil sheet S by following the surface shape of the ink mass B by the diaphragm 21. And the stencil sheet S is pressed by the diaphragm 21 and closely adheres to the printing paper P on the printing paper mounting surface 19. Pressure chamber 23
It is not necessary to reduce the pressure to a high degree of vacuum close to 0 mmHg, and this pressure reduction is 400 to 600 mm under standard atmospheric pressure.
It may be about Hg.

In this state, the diaphragm 21 uniformly presses the ink mass B on the stencil sheet S in a fluid pressure manner in accordance with Pascal's law by the differential pressure acting on the stencil sheet S. In other words, the pressing force is applied to the entire surface of the stencil sheet S. Acting uniformly, the pressing force transfers the printing ink of the ink mass B to the printing paper P through the perforated portion of the stencil sheet S, whereby stencil printing without density unevenness is performed on the printing paper P.

Further, since the diaphragm 21 presses the ink mass B on the stencil sheet S by the differential pressure acting thereon in accordance with Pascal's law, the entire surface of the ink mass B on the stencil sheet S on the diaphragm 21 side is pressed. Is pressed in the normal direction, and as a result, the ink mass B
Even if the pressing force is applied repeatedly, the shape of the ink mass B does not collapse, and the extension and expansion of the ink mass B are avoided.

This prevents the printing inks of the ink masses B adjacent to each other from being mixed with each other, so that even if a large number of sheets are printed on the same base paper in multicolor printing, the stencil paper S
The printing inks of the respective colors are prevented from being mixed with each other, so that multicolor printing with appropriate color classification can be performed on a large number of sheets.

In the stencil printing, the printing density is determined by the time during which the pressure chamber 23 is kept in a reduced pressure state by a substantially stationary fluid atmosphere and the reduced pressure value, and the printing density is variably set by these adjustments. The reduced pressure value in the pressure chamber 23 can be set to a required value by adjusting the suction force of the suction pump 31 and adjusting the internal pressure of the pressure chamber 23 by air bleed. The adjustment of the internal pressure of the pressure chamber 23 by air bleed reduces the reduced pressure value in the pressure chamber 23. It is advantageous to fine-tune quantitatively, in other words, fine-tune the print density.

At this time, a negative pressure is sealed in the suction chamber 11 by closing the electromagnetic opening / closing valve 39, and a suction force acts on the back surface of the printing paper P on the printing paper mounting surface 19 through the permeable elastic sheet 17. Since the state in which the printing paper P is attracted to the printing paper mounting surface 19 is maintained, the operation of peeling the stencil sheet S from the printing paper P is easily and reliably performed.

It is to be noted that the suction state of the printing paper P on the printing paper mounting surface 19 is not sufficiently maintained until the operation of peeling the stencil sheet S from the printing paper P is completed only by sealing the negative pressure in the suction chamber 11. In this case, the air suction passages of the suction chamber 11 and the pressure chamber 23 are individually provided. After the pressure chamber 23 is returned to the atmospheric pressure, the suction pump 31 is operated until the operation of peeling the stencil sheet S from the printing paper P is completed. It is sufficient that the air suction of the suction chamber 11 by the suction operation is continued.

As can be understood from the above description, according to the stencil printing apparatus of the present invention, a printing ink having a hardness capable of maintaining its shape is placed as a mass of ink on a stencil sheet, and the pressure chamber is depressurized. As a result, a differential pressure acts on both sides of the diaphragm in a substantially stationary fluid atmosphere in a static pressure, and the diaphragm causes the diaphragm to follow the ink mass on the stencil sheet according to the surface shape of the ink mass. The stencil paper is pressed by the diaphragm and closely adheres to the printing surface while the ink mass is wrapped and adhered to the printing surface. In this state, the diaphragm acts on the ink mass on the stencil paper according to the differential pressure acting on it according to Pascal's law. Since the stencil printing is performed on the surface to be printed evenly in the normal direction by a fluid pressure method, stencil printing with a predetermined density and uniform density can be easily performed even if the printing surface is large. And quickly come to be carried out, also without collapsing shape of the ink lumps pressing force acts repeatedly in the ink mass, at most number of printed sheets multicolor printing is performed on the basis of the proper color.
