Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.非拡張ハニーカムコアの製造のための連続的プロセスであってハニーカムコ アの連続したセル半分の高さが、 a) 第一組のフォーマーバーを、ハニーカムコアの一番上の完全なセルの中に 配置し、 b) 第二組のフォーマーバーを、上記ハニーカムコアの一番上の表面にある波 腹のくぼみに配置し、上記コアの最上のセルの天辺の波節面が、上記の第二組の フォーマーバーのうちのフォーマーバーの間に露出したままにしておく。 c) 続いて波形のついていない、随意に接着剤が塗られたウエッブを、上記の 第二組のフォーマーバーの上で波形をつけ、波形を形成し、上記波形の下の波腹 面が、上記コアの上記セルの上記上の波節面に接して、節一波腹デームを形成す るようし、 d) 多数の上記節一波腹デームに、累進的に熱と圧力を加え、上記の熱と圧力 は、上記節一波腹デームを少なくとも部分的に固定し、固定した節一波腹デーム と新しい一番上のセルの列を形成するのに十分なものである、以上のプロセスで 製造される、上記非拡張ハニカムコアの製造用の連続プロセス。 2.e) 上記の圧力で少なくとも部分的に固められた節一波腹デームを累進的に 冷却して、上記の節一波腹デームを完全に固める、請求の範囲1によるプロセス 。 3.上記ウエッブは、織られた、あるいは織られていない繊維質のウエッブから なり、それは、熱可塑性成分、あるいは、金属ウエッブ、ファイバーガラスウエ ッブ、カーボンファイバウエッブ、熱可塑性フィルムウエッブ、そしてこれらの 組み合わせなどから成るグループから選ばれたウエッブを含んでいる、請求の範 囲1によるプロセス。 4.上記ウエッブの上記波形づけ、およびあるいは固化に続いて、上記ウエッブ なくとも最初の部分は、波形づけ、およびあるいは固化の際のいかなる時点でも 、上記の歯の少なくとも二番目の部分とは違う温度になっていること、請求の範 囲1によるプロセス。 6.上記波形づけ(c)は、波形づけローラーによって遂行される。上記波形づけ ローラーは、上記コアの波形づけ軸に垂直方向に、上記コアを横切っている。 上記波形づけローラーにきわめて接近して、多数の固化歯をつけた移動ベルトが 続く、請求の範囲1によるプロセス。 7.上記の波形がつけられていないウエッブの温度は、波形づけに先立って上昇 させられる、請求の範囲1によるプロセス。 8.それぞれの上記の歯は、抵抗性発熱体を含んでいる、請求の範囲5によるプ ロセス。 9.それぞれの上記の歯は、誘導的に加熱可能な電熱線を含んでいる、請求の範 囲5によるプロセス。 10.上記の歯は、放射エネルギー伝道性の歯で、上記の歯の少なくとも一部が、 上記の歯の一番上の部分の上に位置する、放射エネルギー源にさらされる。上記 の伝道性歯は、随意に、上記伝道性歯の一番下の、ウエッブに接触する部分に、 エネルギー吸収コーティングがしてあり、上記伝道性歯は、さらに随意に、上記 エネルギー吸収コーティングの表面に、レリーズコーティングが施される、請求 の範囲1によるプロセス。 11.上記伝道性歯は、繋がって移動ベルトになるように適合した、金属ホルダー の中に入っている、請求の範囲10によるプロセス。 12.節一波腹の累進的固化によって、予め波形づけされていないウエッブから、 非拡張ハニーカムコアを連続的に製造するのに適した装置。上記装置は以下のも のからなる。 a) ベッドユニット、それに含まれるのは、 a)i) 多数のフォーマーバーの第一のセット。上記の第一のフォーマーバーの セットは、ハニーカムコアの中に挿入されるよう、大きさを合わせる。 a)ii) 第二のフォーマーバーのセット。上記の第二のフォーマーバーのセット は、ハニーカムコアの最上の表面に位置する波腹のくぼみに挿入されるよう、大 きさを合わせる。 a)iii) 上記の第一および第二のフォーマーバーのセットが、それぞれコアか ら引き込み、コアに挿入する、引き込み/挿入手段。 b) 波形づけ/固化ユニット、それに含まれるのは、 b)i) 多数の細長い歯がついた移動ベルト。上記の歯の細長い方向に垂直方向 の、上記の歯の幅は、固められるハニーカムコアの節一波腹デームの幅より、少 なくともかなり小さなものであること。 b)ii) 上記の移動ベルトを、上記ベッドユニットの上を、上記フォーマーバー の軸に垂直方向に横断させる、横断手段。 b)iii) 固化のための多数の上記の細長い歯を、上記の第一のフォーマーバー のセットの直ぐ上に位置する、対応する多数の節一波腹デームに押し付ける加圧 手段。 b)iv) 上記の固化のための多数の歯の一つあるいはそれ以上の温度を調節する ための温度調節手段。 13.上記の歯は、連続的な移動ベルトに取り付けられる、請求の範囲12による 装置。 14.上記の連続的な移動ベルトは、耐熱エラストマーベルトからなる、請求の範 囲13による装置。 15.上記の多数の固化歯のそれぞれの歯は、電流源に接触するように適合した、 電気接触子をもつ抵抗性発熱体からなる温度調整手段、あるいは、誘導的に加熱 可能な電熱線からなる温度調整手段を含んでいる、請求の範囲12によるプロセ ス。 16.上記の誘導的に加熱可能な電熱線は、上記移動ベルトの側面の、上記フォー マーバーから最も遠い所に位置する、誘導コイルによって誘導的に加熱される、 請求の範囲15によるプロセス。 17.さらに、一つまたはそれ以上の上記の多数の固化歯を上記のフォーマーバー の方に推進するのに効果的な、一つまたはそれ以上の圧盤からなる、請求の範 囲12よる装置。 18.上記波形づけ/固化ユニットは、さらに、細長い歯をもつ、分離した波形づ けローラーからなる。上記波形づけローラーは、上記移動ベルトにきわめて接近 しつつ先行する、請求の範囲12による装置。 19.上記の歯は、放射エネルギー伝道性歯からなり、上記放射ネルギー伝道性歯 の底部の節一波腹に接触している面は、固められている節一波腹デームとの接触 によって熱せられる。上記の固められている節一波腹デームは、上記の伝道歯の 上に置かれた放射エネルギー源から、上記の伝道性歯を通して伝達された、放射 エネルギーの吸収によって温度が上昇する、請求の範囲12による装置。 20.上記の歯は、放射エネルギー伝道性歯からなる。そして、上記の温度調整手 段は、上記の伝道性歯の、底部の節一波腹に接触する面に位置する、放射エネル ギー吸収性コーティングからなる。上記の吸収性コーティングは、上記の伝道性 歯の上に位置する放射エネルギー源から、上記の歯を通って伝達される、放射エ ネルギーによって熱せられる。上記の伝道性歯は、随意に、さらに、上記の放射 エネルギー吸収コーティングの表面に、レリーズコーティングがついている、請 求の範囲12による装置。 21.上記の放射エネルギー吸収コーティングは、高い誘電気性喪失要因を持った 誘電性材料からなる、請求の範囲20によるプロセス。 22.a) 第一のフォーマーバーのセットを、一番上の完全なハニーカムコアのセ ルに配列する。 b) 第二のフォーマーバーのセットを、上記ハニーカムコアの一番上の表面に ある波腹のくぼみに配列する。上記コアのセルの最上の波節面を、上記の第二の フォーマーバーのセットの間に露出したままにしておく。 c) 続いて波形のついていないウエッブを、上記の第二のフォーマーバーのセ ットの上で波形をつけて固めて、波形を形成し、上記波形の下の波腹面が、上記 コアの上記セルの上記上の波節面に接して、節一波腹デームを形成するようにす る。そこでは、上記の続いて波形をつけて固めるステップは、放射エネルギー源 に関連した放射エネルギーを伝達する細長い歯がついた、伝道性波形づけ/固化 ローラーによって成し遂げられる。それは、上記の放射エ ネルギーを、上記の歯を通って、上記の歯の下部の節一波腹接触面に伝える、請 求の範囲1による非拡張ハニーカムコアの製造のための連続的プロセス。 23.非拡張ハニーカムコアの生産に適したベッドユニット。このコアには上記コ アの最上面の波形軸に沿って測った幅wがあり、上記コアは上記最上面に垂直の 面に第一および第二の側面がある、そして、セルの幅cがある。上記ベッドユニ ットに含まれるのは、 a) 第一および第二の支持レール。上記レールは、上記波形軸とは垂直方向に 、上記コアの最上面とは平行方向に伸び、w以上の距離だけ離れている。 b) 多数の第一フォーマーバーの第一セットの長さは、wより長い。上記第一 フォーマーバーは、上記の波形軸とは平行方向に伸びている。上記の多数の第一 フォーマーバーの第一セットのそれぞれの第一フォーマーバーの片方の端は、上 記の第一支持レールに固定されている。上記の多数の第一フォーマーバーの第一 セットは、第一フォーマーバーの平面をかなり限定し、上記第一フォーマーバー 平面は上記コアの上記最上面と平行である。 c) 上記多数の第一フォーマーバーの第一セットを、上記第二支持レールから w より大きな距離だけ離れた方向へ動かす第一の引き抜き手段。上記の多数の第 一フォーマーバーの第一セットが、製造されているハニーカムコアのセル、およ びあるいは波節のくぼみから引っ込む。 d) 上記の多数の第一フォーマーバーの第一セットを上げ下げする持ち上げ手 段。 e) 多数の第一フォーマーバーの第二セットの長さは、w より長く、上記の第 二フォーマーバーは、上記波形軸と平行方向に伸びる。上記の多数の第二フオー マーバーの第二セットのそれぞれの第二フォーマーバーの片方の端は、上記の第 二支持レールに固定されている。上記の多数の第二フォーマーバーの第二セット は、第二フォーマーバーの平面をかなり限定し、上記第二フォーマーバー平面は 上記コアの上記最上面と平行である。 f) 上記多数の第二フォーマーバーの第二セットを、上記第一支持レールから w より大きな距離だけ離れた方向へ動かす第二の引き抜き手段。上記の多数の第 二フォーマーバーの第二セットが、製造されているハニーカムコアのセ ルおよびあるいは波節のくぼみから引っ込む。 g) 上記の多数の第二フォーマーバーの第二セットを上げ下げする持ち上げ手 段。 h) 第一と第二のコア締め付けレール、上記第一および第二のコア締め付けレ ールは、上記の波形軸とは垂直方向、上記コアの最上面とは平行方向の、締め付 けレールに沿って伸びている。上記第一コア締め付けレールは、上記コアの上記 第一側面に最も近く、上記第二コア締め付けレールは、上記コアの上記第二側面 に最も近く、上記第一および第二コア締め付けレールのそれぞれには、その最上 面に、多数のフォーマーバーを受けるために形作られた、多数の溝が入っており 、上記のフォーマーバーの位置を上記コアの上記最上面と直交方向に、上記の直 交方向にある上記コア締め付けレールの位置によって固定し、また、上記コアの 波形軸に垂直方向、そして上記コアの最上面の平面に水平方向に、上記の溝の位 置によって固定する。 i) 上記第一および第二コア締め付けレールの間の間隔を、上記第一および第 二コア側面に直交方向に改変するための、コア締め付け、緩め手段。第一は締め 付け位置で、そこでは上記コアは、上記第一および第二締め付けレールの間で締 め付けられる、そして、第二は、緩め位置で、そこでは上記コアは、上記締め付 けレールの間を自由に動くことができる。 j) 上記の第一および第二コア締め付けレールを、上記締め付けレールの方向 とは平行方向に、1/2c、あるいはその奇数整数倍数分の距離だけ動かすため の往復運動手段。 24.上記フォーマーバーは浮動フォーマーバーで、上記浮動バーは、上記支持レ ールに、浮動固定手段によって固定されている。上記浮動固定手段によって、そ れぞれのフォーマーバー、あるいは上記の多数フォーマーバーよりは少ない、限 定されたセットが、上記ハニーカムコアの最上面の水面から傾斜することが可能 になる、請求の範囲23のベッドユニット。
