Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リチウム電池の製造方法であって、 −陽極材料と、リチウムイオン伝導性であって電荷キャリア(電子および正孔 )のための非伝導性材料である電解質材料と、陰極材料とを接触させ、前記陽極 材料を陰極材料から分離するステップを含んだ、少なくとも陽極材料がセラミッ ク材料であり、少なくとも陽極材料と陰極材料のいずれか、または両者がリチウ ムを含み、 −陰極材料と電解質材料と陽極材料からなる堆積物のダイナミックな圧縮ステ ップを含んだ製造方法において、 少なくとも1種類の材料を微粉末状にてキャリアに導入し、その後にその他の 何れかの材料と接触させることを特徴とする。 2.ダイナミック圧縮を行う前に、陰極材料、電解質材料および陽極材料を中空 管に入れることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.ダイナミック圧縮を行う前に、微細に分布した材料を含むキャリアをソリッ ドなフイルムで処理することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。 4.ソリッドなフイルムが厚さ0.1mm未満の電解質材料を含むフイルムであるこ とを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5.厚さが0.01mm未満であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 6.ソリッドなフイルム作成過程で使用するキャリアがプラスチックであること を特徴とする請求項3ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.プラスチックが、ポリプロピレンおよびポリエチレンの共重合体であるPV Cまたはソルフイルであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 8.プラスチックがリチウムイオン伝導性のプラスティックであることを特徴と する請求項6記載の方法。 9.陰極材料、電解質材料、陽極材料およびプラスティックの合計量に対して、 プラスチックの量が5〜30容量%であることを特徴とする請求項6ないし8の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.リチウムおよびリチウムイオン非透過性導電材料を、陰極材料、電解質材 料および陽極材料からなるセルに適用し、このセルの上に引き続き更に陰極材料 、電解質材料および陽極材料が堆積されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9の いずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.陰極材料、電解質材料および陽極材料の各々を柔軟なフイルムとして形成 し、電解質材料で陽極材料から分離された陰極材料を導電層と同様に非導電層の 材料と共に軸に巻き、このような方法で 巻いたコイルを中空管に挿入してダイナミックに圧縮することを特徴とする請求 項2ないし8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
