Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 非侵襲的な血液分析物の測定のために人体組織からの拡散反射スペクト ルを取得する装置であって、 (a)赤外線エネルギーを生成する手段と、 (b)前記赤外線エネルギーを前記人体組織に導くための手段と、 (c)前記人体組織により反射された赤外線エネルギーを収集するための手段と 、 (d)焦点の中心に関して対称性を有する光学的構成により実行される分離によ り、前記反射光を分離して前記人体組織から拡散反射された赤外線エネルギーを 得る手段とを備える装置。 2. 前記反射光を分離するための前記手段において、中心対称性を有する光 学的構成は、少なくとも4つの偶数である複数の区分により構成され、区分の半 分が前記拡散反射光の収集のための光学部品を備えている、請求項1に記載の装 置。 3. 照射用の放射ビームを提供する光源と、ビームを導いて検査用サンプル を照射するための手段と、反射ビーム検出器と、反射をサンプルから検出器に導 くための手段とを含む、照射されたサンプルからの拡散反射を測定するための装 置における改良であって、 (a)少なくとも第一のビーム入射面を有する表面反射制御装置と、 (b)前記第一の面が、半数がビーム通過用の開口部で、半数が不透明のビーム 反射部である、少なくとも4つの偶数である複数の区分に分割されていることと 、 (c)各々の前記開口部は、一組の前記反射部の間で、前記開口部の一つに対向 して位置し、各々の前記反射部は、一組の前記開口部の間で、前記反射部の一つ に対向して位置していることとを備える改良。 4. 前記開口部の全表面積が、前記反射部の全表面積と等しくなっている、 請求項3に記載の改良。 5. 前記開口部の全表面積が、前記反射部の全表面積と等しくなっていない 、請求項3に記載の改良。 6. 前記複数の区分の隣接する組の間に配置された不透明の境界仕切りを含 む、請求項3、4、5のいずれか1項に記載の改良。 7. 前記表面反射制御装置は、 (a)前記第一のビーム入射面に対向する第2のビーム入射面を有していること と、 (b)前記第2の面が、半数がビーム通過用の開口部で、半数が不透明のビーム 反射部である、少なくとも4つの偶数である数に区分されていることと、 (c)前記第2の面の開口部が、前記第1の面の開口部に直接対向して位置し、 前記第2の面の反射部が、前記第1の面の反射部に直接対向して位置しているこ ととを備える、請求項3に記載の改良。 8. 前記第2の面の開口部の全表面積が、前記第2の面の反射部の全表面積 と等しくなっている、請求項7に記載の改良。 9. 前記第2の面の開口部の全表面積が、前記第2の面の反射部の全表面積 と等しくなっていない、請求項7に記載の改良。 10. 前記第2の面の複数の区分の隣接する組の間に配置された不透明の境 界仕切りを含む、請求項7、8、9のいずれか1項に記載の改良。 11. 照射用の放射ビームを提供する光源と、ビームを導いて検査用サンプ ルを照射するための手段と、反射ビーム検出器と、反射をサンプルから検出器に 導くための手段とを含む、照射されたサンプルからの拡散反射測定するための装 置における改良であって、 (a)少なくとも第一のビーム入射面を有する表面反射制御装置と、 (b)前記第一の面が、半数がビーム通過用の開口部で、半数が不透明のビーム 反射部である、複数の区分に分割されていることと、 (c)隣接する前記区分の間に配置された不透明の仕切りとを備える改良。 12. 前記開口部の全表面積が、前記反射部の全表面積と等しくなっている 、請求項11に記載の改良。 13. 前記開口部の全表面積が、前記反射部の全表面積と等しくなっていな い、請求項11に記載の改良。 14.(a)前記複数の区分は、前記区分の半数が前記開口部であり、前記区 分の半数が前記反射部である2以上の区分を備えていることと、 (b)各々の前記開口部は、一組の前記反射部の間で、前記開口部の一つに対向 して配置されていることと、 (c)各々の前記反射部は、一組の前記開口部の間で前記反射部の一つに対向し て配置されていることとを備える、請求項11、12、13のいずれか1項に記 載の改良。
