Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.支持性有機体組織の吸収/置換のための生物材料のための組成物であって 、 20〜75重量%の、β−リン酸三カルシウム(B)又はチタンリン酸カルシウ ム(Ca(Ti)4(PO4)6)(C)と任意的に混合されたヒドロキシアパタイト(A) のいずれかを含む粒子からなる無機相と、 80〜25重量%の、媒体のpHの効果の下で自己架橋することができる水溶性のバ イオコンパチブルなポリマーの水溶液を含む液相と、を含む組成物。 2.前記無機相が、A/B重量比が80/20〜30/70、好ましくは約60/40であ るヒドロキシアパタイト(A)及びβ−リン酸三カルシウム(B)の混合物を含 むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.前記無機相が、組成物が調製される時のその粒径が直径80〜200 μmの間 である粉末からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。 4.前記ポリマーが、pHの効果の下で共有結合を形成する自己架橋を行うこと を特徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。 5.前記ポリマー、アルカリ金属、アンモニウムシラノレート又はシラノレー ト前駆体の側鎖基を含むことを特徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物 。 6.前記側鎖基が、前記ポリマーの全乾燥重量の1〜5%であることを特徴と する請求項5に記載の組成物。 7.前記ポリマーが、セルロース、非イオン性セルロースエーテル、グアー及 びスターチから選択されるポリマーから得られることを特徴とする先の請求項の いずれかに記載の組成物。 8.前記ポリマーが、式(1):XSi(OZ)3(式中、Xはハロゲン原子又はエポ キシ官能基を含む炭化水素基であり、そしてZは水素原子、アルカリ金属及びア ルキル基から選択される)の化合物との、セルロース又はその誘導体のエーテル 化から生ずることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。 9.前記液相中の自己架橋可能なポリマーの濃度が1〜5重量%であることを 特徴とする先の請求項のいずれかに記載の組成物。 10.滅菌状態であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一に記載の組成 物。 11.請求項10に記載の組成物を調製するための方法であって、 前記ポリマーを水性溶媒中に溶かすことにより液相を調製するステップと、 前記無機相を前記液相と混合するステップと、 得られた混合物を滅菌するステップと、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 12.前記滅菌が 121〜130 ℃の温度でのオートクレーブで行われることを特徴 とする請求項11に記載の方法。 13.請求項1に記載の滅菌組成物を調製するためのキットであって、 β−リン酸三カルシウム(B)又はチタンリン酸カルシウム(Ca(Ti)4(PO4)6 )(C)と任意的に混合されたヒドロキシアパタイト(A)のいずれかを含む粒 子からなる滅菌無機相と、 媒体のpHの効果の下で自己架橋可能な水溶性のバイオコンパチブルなポリマー の水溶液を含む滅菌液相と、 を含み、前記組成物の移植の前に滅菌雰囲気下で即座に混合されることを意図し たキット。
