Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 並列に接続されかつ周期的に逆洗される一群の透過膜モジュールの作動 および監視方法であって、 処理すべき原水を、調整された圧力で一群のモジュール内に注入し、透過水( ろ過された水)の出口圧を入口圧よりも低いが、しかし、十分逆洗可能な圧力に 調整し、 一群のモジュールに、原水入口ダクトの水量計と、原水入口の第1のセンサと 透過水出口の第2のセンサと逆洗回路の第3のセンサとの3つの圧力センサとを 設け、これらの水量計とセンサとからコントローラに信号を送り、 これらのモジュールを、他のモジュールからの透過水を用いて順次に逆洗し、 これにより、逆洗中の各モジュールを個別化し、水量計と圧力センサとで、モジ ュールに対して特有の、したがって、個別化された逆洗中の透過性と、さらに、 他のモジュールの生産透過性とを定めることを可能とし、さらに、 このようにして得た透過性の値を、理想値、閾値および/または先のサイクル からの値とを比較し、これにより得られた判断にしたがって、逆洗の周期を変更 し、一群のモジュールを洗浄し、または、作動異常を検出し、これを修正可能と する、方法。 2. 一群のモジュールの生産の停止が延びたときに、一群のモジュールを洗 浄し、かつ、回路を塩素処理し、透過水回路の共通ポンプは、洗浄回路での循環 と塩素処理回路での循環とを形成する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 前記共通ポンプを作動し、洗浄回路の弁を開くことにより、洗浄物質を 洗浄回路内に吸引させ、透過膜を通過させる請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4. 圧力信号と水量計信号とがオペレータに与えられ、オペレータは、透過 性を計算し、これを特定基準値と比較し、必要なときに洗浄を行う請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。 5. 圧力センサと水量計信号を、コントローラに送り、このコントローラは 、マイクロプロセッサを含み、このマイクロプロセッサのソフトウエアは、透過 性を計算し、この透過性を特定の基準値と比較し、必要なときに自動的に洗浄す る 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 6. 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法を実行するための一群の透過膜モジュー ルを備え、群をなして平行に接続されたモジュールに、水量計と下流側圧力調整 器と入口圧センサとを取り付けた共通ダクトから分岐した個々のダクトを介して 原水が供給され、各モジュールからの透過水は、出口圧センサと上流側圧力調整 器とを取り付けられた共通ダクトに搬送され、さらに、逆洗回路が、他のダクト の他の弁を閉じているときに、逆洗水入口ダクトの弁を開くことにより、他のモ ジュールにより供給された透過水たる逆洗水を連続的に各モジュールに供給する 共通ダクトと、共通ドレンダクトに通ずる逆洗水の出口ダクトとを備え、さらに 、共通逆洗水供給ダクトに圧力センサが取り付けられる、水処理設備。 7. 洗浄回路が、原水を少なくとも1のモジュールと弁を介してドレンダク トとに供給するための弁を設けたダクトにより接続された洗浄物質受けと、共通 逆洗水供給ダクトから透過水を取り出すための弁を設けたダクトと、塩素処理回 路と、前記共通供給ダクトの塩素デイスペンサと、共通逆洗水供給ダクトと共通 透過水ドレンダクトとを、塩素処理回路と洗浄回路とが同じ循環ポンプを使用す るように接続する循環ポンプを取り付けたダクトとを含む、請求の範囲第6項に 記載の設備。 8. 洗浄回路弁を開き、循環ポンプを作動することにより、洗浄物質を洗浄 物質受けから吸引し、モジュールの膜を通過させる、請求の範囲第7項に記載の 設備。 9. モジュール用の個々の原水供給ダクトのそれぞれは、対応するモジュー ルの第2の端部にそれぞれ接続された各バイパス分岐を含む、請求の範囲第6項 に記載の設備。 10. 前記バイパス分岐ダクトは、各再循環ポンプを取り付けられる、請求 の範囲第9項に記載の設備。 11. 塩素処理回路の塩素デイスペンサは、静的塩素デイスペンサである、 請求の範囲第6項に記載の設備。 12. 弁は、手動制御弁、電気制御弁、液圧制御弁、空圧制御弁およびこの 組み合せから選択される、請求の範囲第6項に記載の設備。
