Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電流を導くための導電性の導体装置(1)、この導体装置(1)を包囲する 絶縁層(2)及びこの絶縁層(2)を包囲しスパイラル状に配置された分離層( 3)を有する保護装置(3、4)を備えた電気機械の巻線要素において、保護装 置(3、4)が、スパイラル状に自己重畳式に配置され且つ分離層(3)を絶縁 層(2)側の内側面(5)から絶縁層(2)と反対側の外側面(6)まで横断し ている少なくとも弱い導電性の接触層(4)を有していることを特徴とする電気 機械の巻線要素。 2.接触層(4)が内側面(5)及び外側面(6)において分離層(3)を覆っ ていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の巻線要素。 3.接触層(4)が少なくとも一つの少なくとも弱い導電性の織物テープ(7、 8)から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の巻線要素。 4.接触層(4)が内側面(5)上に設けられた内側接触層(7)及び外側面( 6)上に設けられた外側接触層(8)から形成され、その内側接触層(7)およ び外側接触層(8)の各部分範囲が分離層(3)の互いに重なり合う部分範囲間 で互いに電気的に接触していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の巻線要素 。 5.内側接触層(7)および外側接触層(8)が少なくとも弱い導電性の織物テ ープであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の巻線要素。 6.内側接触層(7)と外側接触層(8)との間に分離層(3)が固定されてい ることを特徴とする請求項4又は5記載の巻線要素。 7.分離層(3)が割れマイカ板を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1ないし 6のいずれか1つに記載の巻線要素。 8.絶縁層(2)、分離層(3)および接触層(4)が含浸可能であることを特 徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の巻線要素。 9.絶縁層(2)、分離層(3)および接触層(4)が硬化可能な樹脂調合物で 含浸され、接触層(4)が電気的に接触可能であることを特徴とする請求項8記 載の巻線要素。 10.導電性の巻線ホルダ(9)によって周方向に包囲され、電気的に接触して いることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか1つに記載の巻線要素。 11.導体装置(1)が互いに結線され、電気機械特にタービン発電機の巻線を 形成していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の複数 の巻線要素を備えたユニット。 12.全絶縁層(2)、全分離層(3)および全接触層(4)が含浸可能である ことを特徴とする請求項11記載のユニット。 13.全絶縁層(2)、全分離層(3)および全接触層(4)が硬化可能な樹脂 調合物で含浸されていることを特徴とする請求項12記載のユニット。 14.巻線要素が導電性の巻線ホルダ(9)内に配置され、各接触層(4)が巻 線ホルダ(9)と電気的に接触していることを特徴とする請求項11ないし13 のいずれか1つに記載のユニット。
