- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セルロースと蟻酸および燐酸との反応によりセルロースホルメートの溶液を 直接製造する方法において、 a)セルロースプレートを使用し、 b)上記プレートをまず蟻酸系含浸液で十分に含浸し、 c)この予備含浸後、プレートを蟻酸および燐酸の両方との接触状態で混練 することを特徴とするセルロースホルメートの溶液を製造する方法。 2.プレートが全プレートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.プレートは0.2mmと5mmとの間の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求 項1および2のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 4.プレートは0.2と1.1g/cm3との間の密度を有することを特徴とする 請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.方法をその終了時に最終溶液における下記2つの関係式、 (1)K0=C0/(C0+F0+P0+X0)、 (2)R0=(F0/P0) (上記式中 C0は非エステル化セルロースに対するセルロースの重量部であり、 F0は蟻酸の全重量部であり、この蟻酸はホルメートの形態か、或いは遊離 蟻酸の形態であり、 P0は燐酸の重量部であり、 X0は他の任意の成分の重量部であり、 K0はセルロース濃度の所定の調整値であり、 R0は蟻酸および燐酸の重量比の所定の調整値である) を証明するために行うことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれかに 記載の方法。 6.d)含浸液が燐酸を含有しておらず、 e)予備含浸後、方法の終了時に最終溶液において関係式(1)、(2)を 証明するために、必要なら、燐酸を添加し、蟻酸を除去することを特徴とする請 求項5に記載の方法。 7.d)含浸液が燐酸を含有しており、上記液体における蟻酸と燐酸との重量比 は以下の如くであり、 Ri =(Fi/Pi ) (上記式中、 Piは蟻酸の重量部であり、 Fi は燐酸の重量部であり、 Ri はいわゆる含浸重量比である) e)予備含浸後、方法の終了時に最終溶液において関係式(1)、(2)を 証明するように、燐酸を添加し、且つ/或いは蟻酸を除去することを特徴とする 請求項5に記載の方法。 8.プレートは少なくとも0.5g/cm3に等しい密度を有することを特徴とす る請求項4ないし7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.下記関係式、 Ri >R0 が保持されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10.プレートは0.5g/cm3に等しい密度を有することを特徴とする請求項4 ないし7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.下記関係式、 Ri =R0 が保持されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 12.下記関係式、 Tsol<3 (上記式中、Tsolはhrで表されるプレートを溶解する時間である) が証明されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のうちのいずれか1項に記 載の方法。 13.下記関係式、 Tsol<1 が証明されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14.下記関係式、 Tsol<0.5 が証明されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 15.プレートを含浸液で連続処理により含浸することを特徴とする請求項1ない し14のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.プレートをバッチ式に含浸することを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のうち のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 17.初期の状態で、セルロースプレートは10重量%未満の水含有量を有し、蟻 酸および燐酸は各々、1%より大きい、5%未満(%は重量%である)の水含有 量を有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のうちのいずれか1項に記 載の方法。 18.紡糸容易な溶液を得るために方法を実施することを特徴とする請求項5ない し17のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 19.含浸工程を含浸液とのプレートの単なる接触により行うことを特徴とする請 求項1ないし18のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 20.セルロースプレートの含浸工程を外力による含浸液の強制浸透によって行う ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし18のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.請求項1ないし20のうちのいずれか1項に記載の方法により得られる溶液 。 22.光学的に異方性であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の溶液。 23.10重量%未満の水を含有することを特徴とする請求項21および22のう ちのいずれか1項に記載の溶液。 24.請求項21ないし23のうちのいずれか1項に記載の溶液から得られるセル ロースホルメートまたは再生セルロースで製造される物体。 25.繊維またはフィルムであること特徴とする請求項24に記載の物体。 26.請求項25に記載の少なくとも1つの繊維および/またはフィルムを含む強 化組立体。 27.請求項25に記載の少なくとも1つの繊維および/またはフィルム、および /または請求項26に記載の少なくとも1つの組立体で強化された製品。 28.タイヤであることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の製品。
